Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 plus battery

This is the yellow IntelliSense Cardiac Science lithium battery. If the battery of your Cardiac Science AED is empty, the device will give the message "battery weak" when the AED is opened. When the lid is opened, the status of the battery is displayed with LED lights. When the battery is full, green LEDs are lit and only a red LED is lit when the battery is weak. When the AED is closed, an acoustic signal sounds and the status indicator is red. When the AED gives this signal, there is capacity for about 10 socuri left. The AED will continue to give signals for a long time that the battery needs to be replaced. If this replacement is not done, then at some point the device will be completely flat. The status indicator will remain on red, but there will no longer be an audible signal. Also, the device no longer turns on when the cover is opened. You will no longer hear "battery weak" and no LED lights will illuminate.

Powerheart G3 battery warranty:

The Powerheart G3 plus battery has a long service life. You get a 4-year warranty on the type 9146 battery. The warranty is issued from the date the battery is installed. We therefore recommend noting this date on the battery with a marker or sticker. The Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 plus battery is installed on the bottom of the AED. After installing the battery, the AED will perform a self-test. Upon a successful self-test, the status indicator turns green. Otherwise, you can open the AED and listen to the voice for instructions.
