Laerdal defibrilator trainer

The Laerdal defibrilator trainer is intended to provide realistic instruire for delivering an effective CPR technique. The instructor can operate the trainers via the QCPR app and easily change instruire scenarios and other settings. The student can independently operate the trainer during their own instruire via the front panel of the trainer, where they can administer a shock and turn the trainer on and off. The trainer has audio feedback that guides the student through the process.

Laerdal defibrilator trainer

The Laerdal defibrilator trainer comes as a set of 3, the trainers each have their own protective case and can be stored in the carry bag that is designed for the transportation of up to 6 trainers. The defibrilator trainer can be programmed to both fully and semi-automatic settings and is compatible with preconnected and non-preconnected electrodes, which allows a variety of instruire situations.

1. The user panel: The student can use this panel during the instruire without disrupting the instruire settings or results. Even when the student switches the trainer off in this panel, it will remain connected to the QCPR app.  
2. The trainer panel: The trainer can turn the devices on or off and adjust the volume.

The universal design of the trainer prepares the students to operate any model of defibrilator.

The trainer is compatible with all Laerdal instruire manikins and can use existing defibrilator trainer electrode pads.

Laerdal QCPR instruire app   

The monitored feedback is clearly shown in the improved Laerdal QCPR instruire app. You can easily download the app on your preferred device (tablet or phone). The manikins or trainers connect to the instruire app via the Bluetooth function. Once they have been connected for the first time, they will automatically connect in the future when they are switched on. You can combine different instruire manechin models during your instruire and monitor them all at once or you can choose to focus on individual manikins.  

The app provides you with real time feedback that you can use to improve the quality of the CPR and ventilation techniques. You can enhance the quality of the instruire even further by adding the SkillGuide tool to your instruire set-up. This handy little tool can be connected to the manikins and allows you and your students to monitor Realtime feedback simultaneously. Another advantage is that this tool monitors correct hand placement, which is not a feature in the app. You can find the SkillGuide tool here.    

Settings  

The instructor can change the settings of each trainer and instruire protocol on the app separately or all at once. The defibrilator trainers can be updated according to new guidelines through the app and therefore do not require replacement once they are no longer compliant with certain guidelines, making them an even greater investment
